The Department of Bibliographic Research. Documentation offers, for a fee, bibliographies on request, compiled from the library in-house resources.
Depending on the requested subject, the bibliography will be compiled:
- By selecting titles from the existing databases
(see fees and payment methods or Bibliographies on request)
or
- By selecting titles from the existing databases and through analytical processing
(see fees and payment methods for Bibliographic research)
Note: Those interested in obtaining more in-depth references through the analytical processing (book chapters, articles from periodicals etc.) of the titles relevant to the research subject are asked to come to the Bibliographic Research and Documentation Office (CUL, first floor), for a consulting discussion with the specialised bibliographer.
Using the library card, the requestor will fill out a request form (which must be then sent to the following address: florina.ilis@bcucluj.ro), specifying the subject, as well as the respective geographic and chronological outlines. Depending on the complexity of the request and on the nature of the resources (with respect to bibliographic, human and time-related issues), at our disposal, the library reserves the right to select the received requests (which are preferably circumscribed to the following fields: history, language and literature, linguistics, philosophy, theology, library and information sciences).
The bibliography will be compiled only after the form is completely filled out, and its submission by the requestor will be carried out after the payment is made (payment methods)
Considering the fact that the bibliography thus provided cannot be exhaustive, for the completion of your research we recommend that you also consult other documentary sources.
