Starting with 25 October 2021, the users may access the Lucian Blaga Central University Library building exclusively based on the EU Digital COVID Certificate*.
The online services are available to all users who have library cards.
- G D 1130/22.10.2021 for the modification of annexes no. 2 and 3 of the Government Decree no. 1.090/2021 regarding the extension of the state of alert on the Romanian territory beginning on 10 October 2021, as well as the enforcement of the measures applied throughout this period, in order to prevent and combat the effects of the COVID-19 pandemic
- The National Committee for Special Emergency Situations’ Decree no. 91 from 22.10.2021 regarding the enforcement of certain additional measures with the purpose of managing the public health risk caused by the large number of SARS-COV-2 virus infections
* In the case of people who are citizens of countries that do not issue EU Digital COVID Certificates, or documents that are compatible with these certificates, the proof must be given through a printed or electronic document attesting that the person was vaccinated, tested negative or was healed of the SARS-COV-2 virus infection.
